1. General Terms

By completing a booking with EQ Sport, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

All participants must be fit to participate in the sports activities and events offered by EQ Sport. It is your responsibility to ensure that you or your child meets any specific requirements and is in suitable health to participate.

2. Payment and Fees

2.1. Booking Fees
All bookings are subject to a non-refundable booking fee.

2.2. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Failure to pay may result in the cancellation of your booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1. Cancellation by Attendee

  • Full Refund: If you cancel your booking at least 5 days before the event start date, you will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable booking fee.

  • Transfer of Tickets: Cancellations made less than 5 days before the event start date are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your tickets to another individual by notifying EQ Sport via email with the new attendee’s details.

  • Sickness: In the event of illness, your tickets can be used towards a future event. Please provide appropriate documentation and contact us via email to arrange rescheduling.

3.2. Cancellation by EQ Sport
If EQ Sport cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund, including any booking fees.

4. Changes to Events

4.1. Event Modifications
EQ Sport reserves the right to make changes to event details, including but not limited to date, time, and location. In the event of a significant change, we will notify you and provide options for a refund or transfer.

5. Liability

5.1. Parental/Guardian Responsibility
For events involving children or vulnerable adults, it is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure the safety and well-being of their child. EQ Sport provides supervision and care, but parents/guardians should ensure their child is fit to participate and communicate any specific needs or medical conditions.

5.2. Insurance
It is recommended that participants have appropriate insurance coverage for participation in sports activities.
